Sir, I am the owner of Flat No. A/32, Shiv Co-Operative Society, Kopri Colony, Kopari Road, Thane East, 400603. Vide my letter dated 22/01/2021 to you, (copy attached) I had requested you to change the Owner's name from Mrs. Janki Narayandas Kotwani to TARACHAND NARAYANDAS KOTWANI in the Water Con of TMC Con No. 3030438/00032. I had visited your office and enclosed the necessary documents with the letter. However, yesterday when I received the Water Bill 2021-22 the name change has not been done. A copy of Property Tax in my name (TARACHAND NARAYANDAS KOTWANI) FOR THE YEAR 2021-22 IS ATTACHED herewith for your kind perusal please. Hence, it is requested that the necessary changes may be carried out by you immediately. I have already paid the Water Tax for the current period today..
