I would like to raise a concern for an illegally constructed general shop in residential area..They have 3 shops are there.This shop is in running state and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area.
It is an illegal shop and it should be removed from here or should be sealed. Last year, it came under sealing but I dont know how they got escaped. I would like to request you to take stern action against them and seal their shop.
Reasons:
1. Illegally opened shop in residential area.
2. Causes nuisance because it is on high traffic lane.
3. Causes massive traffic jams every day.
4. Parking Problem.
5. Shop owner is a stubborn and disgusting person and he does not listen to public.Lots of people have asked him to move his shop but he does not listen.
6. Also selling expire products.

Despite the statewide ban on gutka and flavored tobacco in Maharashtra, this shop is openly selling these prohibited products. What makes this matter extremely serious is that a school is located very close to the shop, and many students and minors pass through this area daily. The sale of such harmful and banned products near an educational institution poses a serious risk to public health and violates government regulations.
I respectfully request the concerned authorities to conduct an immediate inspection and raid at the shop, seize the illegal products, and take strict legal action against the shop owner under the relevant provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act and Maharashtra’s gutka ban orders.
This activity has been continuing regularly, and timely intervention by the authorities is necessary to prevent the spread of banned tobacco products among youth and protect the surrounding community.
I sincerely hope the authorities will treat this complaint as urgent and take immediate action.
