Dear Sir,
This is as per your notice received by us. I wish to inform you that property tax in the still in the name of builder/ Land owners and our society is not made by builder, it was under builder.
me and Mr. Antriksh Gala both are collect and paid expense of building. We all seven members gave legal notice to builder for our building leakage problem & file case in consumer court hearing on 11th Feb 2022. Two flat Ownders No.201- Vaibhav V. Risbood & Flat No.301 - Pinakin V. Rishbood. is not paid monthly maintenance from July-2020 to till date, so why should seven members( except owners) should pay property tax dues, you not understand our problem as property tax in the name of Builder/Owners. email reply made in the name of kumud gala as she was representative for our court case on behalf of members. we all seven members not to pay any property tax untill society and hand over is not made by builder.
Please send notice & reminder to builder as well as land owner. take necessary legal action against him, if they are not paid in time then seal his property to recover the money.
