While the claim is pending in the High Court, the local people along with the inexperienced builder lobby of Mumbra and the corrupt officials of the Diva Ward Committee have carried out large-scale unauthorized construction. Chain builders are doing. Such large scale unauthorized construction without any responsibility without maintaining any copy houses are sold just to make money from people and such houses are demolished after just 10 years and the latest example of this is the collapsed Jayanta tower building at Kalyanphata in Daighar village. However, we only request you to take appropriate action against the unauthorized construction, otherwise a fast to death will be organized to protest the Thane Municipal Corporation and the full responsibility of this will remain on the Thane Municipal Commissioner and the corrupt officers of the Diva Ward Committee.
