Dear Sir, Just to inform you that There are some Wild street Dogs in 'Rutu Estate' Patlipada . Especially in D Block . D11-D13. They are attacking the Children's in the society . We are very much afraid . The Numbers of Dogs are increasing Day by Day . Even they are attacking every person's with Food packets. Kindly send the Dog Catching Van ASAP .
