Municipal Corporation Of Thane — irregular of water supply

I rani mayur joshi residence of 401 riddhi siddhi co-op hsg. Soc., vikaram nagar, kalwa west. Thane 400612.
I am facing the problem of irregular water supply in my building we are not getting supply of water from last 5 days, and even over a week. But the problem is that water supply is regular in different nearby areas of my building, due this we are facing big problems this is due to some building issue or local body problem
This is the humble request to the department plz solve our problem or give us some other alternative of water supply.
