Hi Team,

I am Milind from Thane West

I had paid the property tax for property number 2131022, bill number[protected] via net banking and the transaction was completed and amount was deducted from my bank account however we have not got the paid receipt for the same from authorized Thane municipal website (http://myptax.thanecity.gov.in)

The Thane property tax website is still showing the Amount is due to pay.

We had sent follow emails on this issue however we have not got any reply, yet.

Kindly look into it and provide the proper resolution on this issue

I am Sudhir M from Shreerang Society. I also experienced same problem, i did not get receipt after online payment. TMC officers should encourage ONLINE payments and address such issues promptly so that more & more people shall avail this facility.
