Municipal Corporation Of Thane — pani puriwala spilling water outside our society

I, resident of bhairi bhavani chsl, plot no.29, rsc 17, opportunity yashodhan nagar bus stop. Want to bring to your notice that this pani puriwala sits outside our building, spilling water, due to which mosquitoes come into our society. He also stands on the footpath causing inconvenience for people to walk. Inspite of this being communicated to him, he isn't responding. I had personally visited tmc dept of vartak nagar and mr. Mane from atikraman department assured that they will take care of this. I had also complained on centralised customer care on 9th jan 2018 but nothing is done about it.
