So emergent renewal adopting this technique should start
1) clear the road with air oressure cleaners
2) spray bitumen by using bitumen sprayers
3) primary layer of 75 mm sdbmc mixture of emulsified bitumen bs -90 grade mixed with chips in a ratio of 9.5 kg per 10 sq meter of road surface
4) secondary layer 35 mm dbc
5) wearing coat of 25 mm macadem mix of 2 mm chips mixed with cold latex polymer bitumen + lime powder + sand
6) both flanks should be made strong by solvent coated paver blocks
