Municipal Corporation Of Thane — Regarding the high property tax levied for my flat area

I Mr. Hiren Paresh Saraiya residing at the above address 601 Radha Sahnivas Building at Uthalsar Marg, Uthalsar Thane.
Sir I have purchased a flat admeasuring 452.944 Carpet Area SqFt. at the above address. My property tax receipt Nos:-TMC[protected] & and my property tax Nos :[protected]
Sir as per my flat area 1BHK the property tax is very high .I would like you to check the tax been levied on me.
Kindly do the needful and help me to reduced my property tax bill to a reasonable amount applicable to me.
