Municipal Corporation Of Thane — The concrete roads in Cherai thane

The concreteation of the roads in cherai thane are in a miserable condition, because after laying the concrete the contractor or the people in the tmc failed to cure the concrete with water thus all the cement has come out and the lower gravel has come out and is loose and the condition of the concrete work done is miserable.
this pertains to the sides of the concrete roads already done, and to make matters worse the sides have been dug up to lay electric cables and the concrete blocks that have been removed are put back making it more difficult to walk with heavy traffic plying on the roads.
This is noticable in front of st john the baptist school (on both sides), making it extremely difficult for senior citizens to walk.
Can the thane municipal commissioner come and see the condition of the concrete work recently done and take immediate action.
