My self panchfula pundage living in wagale area my bill no is wg[protected], i alrady paid water bill for year 2016-17 then also the amount of last year bill is shown due in 2017-18 bill, this kind of mistake is happen every year, when we are for reason for this kind of mistake they say your paid bill amount is transefer to another customer bill amount.
This kind of problem happen every time, and after compaining they change the bill amount. What kind of bill they maid, what kind of data they save in there computers.
Please look into this matters kindly request you to look into this matter.
