I have paid on line rs.14, 711 of water bill on 09.9.2020. This year on september 15 i went to pay it showing rs.15, 338/=- Please deduct this amount and send me revise bill. (Without any delay charges because it was mistake by tmc side) Operator (Tell[protected] should have knowledge of tmc site for making any complaint she was transferring to know which is email site transferring to inward and computer department, unfortunately they also do not know where the consumer (Resident of thane) can sent mail for water bill problem. Where this money gone rs.14, 711 in which account credited? I am enclosing herewith bank statement and tmc message on mobile And tmc current bill copy attaching herrewith.
