Suncity, Manjalpur, Vadodara 11 Since the area has developed, officials have been promising to construct the road which is causing a hassle for the residents and for all the industrial vehicles passing by. We face a lot of problems during the season of monsoon. Moreover, school is located beside the unconstructed road creating lot of chaos and pollution. We have been facing this problem for past more than 5 years. Please look forward towards this issue as soon as possible or else, we, all the nearby societies have came to a solution of not voting in the forth coming LOKSABHA elections. NOTE: THE GROUP OF PEOPLE NOT VOTING DUE TO FAILURE OF THE DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY MUNICIPAL COMMISSION WILL BE MORE THAN 700-800 INDIVIDUALS. We look forward to hear from you as soon as possible. Respected sir,

I would like to bring your attention on water supply problem of Ward no-6, Tandalaja, Noorjahan park,Vadodara-390012.

We are facing following problems related to water supply.

1) Everyday Water supply is less than the daily requirements.

2) Manytimes , Water supply is not available for 2 to 3 days a week.

3) Also the water pressure is not sufficient.


the problem is that much serious peoples are started vacate Noorjahan park, so I request you take a quick action for this matter.

I have personlly made many complain to " Pani Purvatha Vibhag, Municipal corporation,Vadodara". Till date , no action is taken by "Pani Purvatha Vibhag". Hence, daily , We all are facing many problems due to sortage of water.

To build RCC road, municipal corporation is planning to cut 10-12 year old trees in front of our residence. We strongly objected to same as corporation did-not solicit permission from forest department, which they are ought to before cutting trees. Dear Sir,
My residential property in B-67 Umang society,nr.jalaram nagar.Gotri.vadodara since first member of society.My husband was died and the same property now I am handling like regular light bill and housing tax etc.
My neighbor Mr.hiren shah(B-68) had construct illegal construction the result of it my deadens house has no space for going in my compound due to only the illegal constriction in society's common road.i am not entering at my house with 4 wheeler.
The same complain I had done dated on 06/04/2011(15 months) to the town planing dept. EVery week I follow up its but due to of not any my powerful contact the procedure is so slow.They are doing the normal step but not concretely and fast work against of my complain the reason behind it mr.hiren's link is so powerful in corporation and i have nothing any link except truth.
I wrote down a special application to municipal commisnor shri but not fast moment on my case after 15 month of my complain.
They all are knows that its purely illegal bcz of the construction is on society;s internal road and its effect I cant enter in my house with my four wheeler
so do some necessary action on it fastly with good solving hoping.

Sub:- Illegal construction on open space of Society’s Road along T.P. Road.

Sir, myself K. C. Panchal, residing at A/36, Saibaug Society, Near YogiDarshan, Duplex, Darbar Chowkdi, Saiom Chowkdi, Sun City Road, Manjalpur, Vadodara would like to present the following complaint/representation on the above subject matter.

The 7.5 mtrs wide Internal Road of the our Society passing through Block No. 35, 36, 37, 38 & 34, 33, 32, 31, 30 had an exit towards 18 Mtrs. T.P. Road, but the Owner of Block No. C/30, Shri. Brijpalsinh Thakur & Block No. A/35, owner Shri. Dinesh Vasava had erected a illegal Wall closing the 7.5 Mtrs. Wide Road alongwith the boundary line of Block No. C/30 & A/35, thereby causing rain water blockage and hindrance to traffic flow from in and out of the Society & causing a lot of problem to me and other residence.

The illegal construction constructed by owner of Block No. C/30, Shri Brijpalsinh Thakur & owner of Block No. A/35, Shri Dinesh Vasava has blocked/reached up my entrance gate which is in my view completely illegal, which causing lot of problem to me in daily routine of life. The visitors visiting the houses of above persons are parking their vehicles in front of the entrance of my house. Some times, I am not able to enter in my house too, because of the said nuisance of parking their vehicles at my Gate. Frequent, requests have been made to the above persons for removing/infringed the said illegal construction, but, despite of the fact, the wall has not been removed.

In view of the above, the constructions of wall as discussed hereinabove is illegal, as per the approved Layout Plan No.L/105/2001-02 dtd. 28.08.01, Survey No. 331/1, Final Plot No. 428, T.P. No. 19, of the Society. It is therefore requested to remove the illegal construction and open the road for benefit of the entire Society members.

Kindly refer to above Municipal Commissioner, Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan, (VMC) Vadodara’s office letter No. BA. P. JA. No. 2645/2/11-12 dtd. 30.01.2012 addressed to the Section Officer Shree, Urban Development & Urban Housing Department, Sardar Patel Bhavan, Block No. 14, 9th Floor, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar and copy endorsed to undersigned, under which the Hon’ble Deputy Municipal Commissioner, has informed for removing of illegal construction under police protection on open space of Society’s Road as early as possible on payment of removal charges.

Till date no action seems to have been taken for breaking illegal construction on Open Space of Society’s Road by any officer of Town Planning Development Office, Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan, Vadodara.

You are requested to direct the concerned officer i.e. Municipal Commissioner, Town Planning Development Office, VMC, Vadodara to remove the illegal construction at open space of owner of Block No. C/30, Shri Brijpalsinh Thakur & owner of Block No. A/35, Shri Dinesh Vasava. For this act of kindness, I shall ever remain grateful to you.

In this connection, it is to bring to kind notice that I alongwith my wife, leaves alone. We both are Senior Citizen. Recently, I had undergone Bypass Surgery. Further, my wife is also suffering from hypertension. Due to our old age our health does not remains in good condition. Further, due to illegal Construction made my neighborhood creates unnecessary tension to both o[censored]s and caused hardship, physically and mentally harassment.

For removal of the illegal construction, charges if any occurred, I am ready to pay the same.

Kindly do the needful in the matter at the earliest.

DEAR SIR,

This is to inform that our drainage/sewage system is blocked and the sewage is blocked at our home. The gutter water is entering our home and we are facing many difficulties.

WE have complained at the ward areas corporation but they came with the sucktion machine but yet the problem is the same.

Please do the needful at the urgent as we are facing too much difficulties. LIVING HERE IS TOO DIFFICULT AS THE MAIN GUTTER LINE IS CHOCKED UP AND BLOCKED. WE ARE UNABLE TO LIVE.

Vadodara municipal corporation is collecting vera charges for safai and have introduced kitchen waste collection from door step by means of viechles engaged for the purpose with slogan,"tamara kachra mane apo"
I regret to say that implementation of this services in many area is totally mismanaged and inefficient.
Viechle engaged for the purpose do not come to collect kitchen waste in my society-jay yogeshwar township-1,A-37,AJWA ROAD, VADODARA regularly.
Whenever they come they don't take pain to collect waste from each house.
On complain they deny the fact that they don't come.
This is request to mayor of vadodara municipal corporation to see the above complaint and do neccessary to avoid occurance of such incidence in future.

The residents of Sanidhya Society, near ABB Colony, Maneja is not getting drinking water from Vadodara Municipal Corporation since long and based on our complaint Mr. Hitendra Desai, Addl. Asst. Engineer, Water Supply Dept. (Cell[protected] visited the society for inspection on 8th March 2011 who informed us that the reason for our not getting the water supply is because the concerned ward office (Ward No.12) has given illegal water supply connection to our adjacent society Vaibhav Laxmi.

Though we have written to the Municipal Commissioner as well as the water supply department and to the officer concerned in Ward No.12, there is no action taken so far and we are facing acute water shortage.

Is this problem be sorted out by you.

I am resident of Parshva Avenue, Near Sama Talav,

Garbage Removal service is not effective in our area, which results in accumulation of garbage and issues like bad smell and litring by dogs.

Garbage collection van does not come regularly.

To whomsoever it may concern,

I undersigned would like to complain about the drainage problem in our area.

We have done several telephonic complains and hand written complaints but still we are not given the service for what Vadodara Municipal corporation in known for. We have complaint at cmonline website, but still there is no response to our complaints. Your workers arrive here with a truck to clean the drainage line, but still we have the same problem on the other day. I would request you to please look after our issue as we think that it is not only our society which is choke up but the problem is because other society lines are chocked up in the front, we are getting this issue again and again.

We received a call from cmonline website and it was told to us that our issue will be resolved in a week and if it does not then we shall let them know again through an email. I would like to know what is your solution regarding our issue so that we can reply accordingly to cmonline website.

I am the citizen of your city, sir there are so many street dogs & cows on the road connecting navayard to deluxe(jain derasar road),near the bharwad resident.That it is very hard for us to drive a vehicle specially at night time.The dogs just chase each and every vehicle passes on the road and try to bite the person.They are huge in numbers, dogs are nearly about 15 to 20 and cows are nearly about 50 to 60.
They nearly cover the whole road. Because of cows whole roads is covered with their dungs & in rainy season the surface become slippery. so this is my humble request to your honour for the welfare of all the citizens to please do the need full and please get us free from these street dogs & cows. As there are so many people who have to get out from the home in the midnight to earn there livelyhood, so public can walk on the road fearlessly. so do the needful sir and obilidge me. I AM A WIDOW SINCE 3 YEARS MY HUSBAND DIED 3 YEARS BACK AND I LIVE ALONE I DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO TAKE MY CARE AND MY AGE IS 59 YEARS AND HAVE 7 MAJOR OPERATIONS AND SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEM. I HAVE DIFFICULTY IN EVEN WALKING. MY HUSBAND HAD TAKEN A SHOP SEVEN YEARS BACK AS WE THOUGHT IT WILL BE A AID IN OUR OLD AGE BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A NUISANCE. THE REGISTRAR HAD FILED A CASE O[censored]NDER STAMP DUTY ON MY SHOP AND I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET IT SOLVED I EVEN HIRED A LAWYER HE USE TO TAKE HEAVY FEES AND DO NOTHING HE CHEATED ME. MANY PEOPLE CHEATED ME IN THIS MATTER, THEY TELL THAT THEY WILL HELP ME TO GET MY PAPERS AND THEN TAKEN SOME TOKEN AMOUNT AND THEN DON'T COME BACK I AM VERY HELPLESS AND TIRED OF THIS NOW IT SEEMS I WILL GET THE PAPERS OF THIS SHOP AFTER MY DEATH. I CANNOT EVEN SELL THE SHOP WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PAPERS. I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO GIVE THE FRAUD AGENTS AND LAWYERS PLEASE HELP.

My name is kirit patel staying in mathuranagri society, b/h United Garba ground, near Nand flats. Sir, we are Highly unsatisfied by the Services of municipal corp. regarding distribution of DRINKING WATER. This problem is posted on behalf of the whole society consisting of 298 blocks. Sir, we are facing this problem since last 2 years. We have also submitted this problem on paper to the engg. of the ward Mr. TADPADA ([protected]) on 31/12/2009. We have also contacted Mr. PRASHANT(vadivadi taki) for this problem. Mr. KHAIR(tandalja taki incharge) has also been informed about this but NONE of the above mentioned incharges have taken any STEPS to solve the problem. My ward number is 6. So Sir/Madam we would be highly obliged if you look into our problem. THANK YOU.

I have a residential property in Fatehgunj- Vadodara, for this property I got 1, 25, 000 house tax. I tried alot to solve my problem ward office people told me to contact municipal corporation office in Khanderao Market Office. When I went to Khanderao Market Office, they said to cantact City Servey Office and they said to contact Ward Office.

Two Officers asked for money to solve my problem but I am strictly against it.

Please help me to solve my problem.
