Municipal Corporation Of Vadodara — Complaint about stray dogs

I live in a flat and we have a neighbour who feeds the stray dog in their house because of which the dog always stays in the flat which causes troubles like urine everywhere, takes out soil from the pots of the plants, etc. we talked about to the neighbour as not to feed it in house rather go downstairs so that the dog doesn’t stay all the time in the flat but they are not listening to is and it’s creating a daily trouble to us.
