Municipal Corporation Of Vadodara — noise pollution by marriage/ party halls

There are several marriage/ party halls on vasna road, vadoara in residential area. They operate without legal pemissions from municipal corporation of vadodara and make lot of noise with high decible audio systems.

We have complained gotri police station, numerous times, but they dont act on the complaint. They even dont issue the complaint registration number.

Our complaint is
1) how can such commercial activity generating noise pollution be allowed in residential area.
2) why does vaddoara police dont register complaint officially?
3) why municipal corporation of vadodara, don't check validity of marriage/ party halls and take legal actions?
