Hello sir,

This is in regard with Earth Somnath(www.earthvin.com), Gotri Sevasi Road, Vadodara, Gujarat . Project is of Earth Group. Site is handled by Manoj Sheth and Rohan Vithalani. Architect is Ruchir Sheth.

Builder has constructed extra houses in the proposed plans. There is “Nalia Road” (corporation road) between Earth Somnath & Prince and Princess Vila (back entry of the club house). Where Builder has used much part of corporation road and extended some houses and managed to make extra villas (No 42, 43). Initial approval for the project was only for 69 units, but as of today is 83 units. To fit in 83 units most of amenities have been compromised. Builder haven’t kept any option for rain water, don’t know where will that water go. If proper measures are not taken there will be water all around in that area.

Construction quality is also poor and there is damp in all houses when it rains. Also, builder has cheated on plot area. If plot area ismeasured you will find that what is mentioned in dastavej and what is given is different. No proper arrangement for corporation water supply. Water pipeline is not done properly in whole society.

Lot of such loop holes are there in this project. If you get checking done there is lot of fraud done with people who have purchased houses in this site. Site does not have proper engineers to monitor the ongoing work thus sub-standard construction is done and quality of construction
material used is also substandard. Many houses have raised heights of surrounding and common walls without approval. Some units construction is more than what is actually approved on papers. There is same line used for corporation water and bore water. So, if earth Somnath valve is open then bore water from here will go in corporation line to other societies as well.

Its more than four years still site is incomplete. There is no plaster on the outer side of compound wall. Plumbing is disaster! Online images and reality is different! (Www.earthvin.com)

Builder has standard answer for certain amenities asked: "can't do anything due to GAIL line passing by". This old Gail line was here before the earth somnath project commenced and GAIL installed new line couple months back. So whose fault is it? GAIL, BUilder or VMC! Some serious answers needed!!

There project brochure has been changed multiple times. ON what basis are builders getting approval for so many changes in project.

Builders should understand its hard for people to arrange money and buy a house. We buy house once in a life time for our family and kids. And it becomes frustrating with so many kinds of trouble.

Whole site needs to have through inspection. Few family have moved in with small infants and kids are struggling here with daily big issue. They all need help. Please help them out.

Surveyor has not done his job correctly. Please check!

Go around whole site from outside especially to check land area between earth somnath and prince & princess villa. Thenafter check it from inner side

We have tried various approach to reach out our voice. But still there is no action taken. Some more serious issues have come up.

Builder has removed water pump used for water bodies from garden for his own house.

There is land slide near villa 7 by society wall due to rain water. As we don't have proper rain water disposals.

We were promised about corporation water. But since last three months we are not getting it. As the connection was done illegally by giving bribe.

How can a builder give approval for constructing lift/elevator at the front side of villa, exactly by the front entry of society. Its affecting the elevation of the society. That too without taking consent of the members of the society! !!

Ply used in doors is cheap quality. As result all doors in the house have termite problem. And you see powder falling from the door due to termite. Termite has turned all wood hollow. BUt no proper action taken even after constant reminder.

All underground tanks have a leakage. No proper solution provided. Rain water get accumulated in the villas parking area. Street lights also no working

Rohan Vithalani charges double money for extra work in our houses. Which he put in own pocket! So get help from outside will be cheaper.
