The drains are clogged and not draining out.
Update: By the time this complaint is looked into either the rains must have stopped or irreparable damage would be done to my home. The urgent message couldn't run into hundreds of lines(not conforming to that criteria left this complaint hanging around unresolved with prompt timely messages saying "We have examined your complaint and it appears to be a bit short. Short complaints rarely get resolved and often are left ignored by companies. Please expand your complaint in order to have a higher chance of having your issue resolved.") since I had more important tasks at hand like clearing debris from my living room to finding clean water for my kids. But one lesson learnt in this ordeal is not to rely on public service to solve issues within hours. Was this information helpful? |
