Municipal Corporation Of Vadodara — residence house used to commercial shop and trouble of many type

I lived in somnathnagar society a-634 and in my society's last corner side house a-632 and a-650 became shop in residence area any i feel trouble and suffering with last sometimes. Who's people purchase things in this shop they are sometime damage my vehicle and my property so please take legal steps against illegal construction of their area. Thay are also used common property like own property and not be follow of town planning rules and illegal construction on it without any permission and without inform society member's comity.
