Respected Sir,

I am a resident of Kendriya Vihar located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.Off late, the dog-population inside the colony has increased three folds and this has resulted in these innocent creatures being considered a nuisance inside the society.These dogs weren't sterilized and on browsing through old paper articles, it seems CIDCO intended to carry out dog sterilization projects quite some time back.Worrying, that no action has been taken yet.

Either the dogs should be sterilized or something should be done for their welfare.Another worrying trend is therise in infection amongst these dogs which is spreading like an epidemic.If not curbed now, it would result in an outburst of infections

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
