Revered Sir,
We would like to draw your attention towards illegal construction of additional rooms in the parking place in House No. WZ- 283/170, Maddiwali Gali No. 6, Vishnu Garden Extension, New Delhi- 110018. The contractor has built four floors in the front side and four floors in the back side of the plot by partitioning the middle area of the plot. Earlier the whole area of the ground floor measuring about 150 sq. yd. had shown as parking place for motor vehicles of these owners of the built-up floors but later he has violated the MCD rule in connivance with the officials and constructed additional rooms in the back portion of the plot by keeping only 50 sq. yd. area for parking of the motor vehicles of the owners of these floors only in the front side. The question remains to be seen is that how is it possible to keep the eight floors’ vehicles in just 50 sq. yd. or 60 sq. yd. parking area? While MCD rule clearly defines that the four floors are allowed only if the entire ground floor area is kept for parking of the vehicles. Thus, contractor has created nuisance for the other residents. Your interference in the matter is necessary to discourage such type of contractors who are creating public nuisance and Sir, you do not allow additional rooms in the back portion of the plot in the referred house for public interest.
