Dear Sir
I am writing to urgently report an illegal construction that poses severe life-threatening hazards to habitant in the building and nearby neighborhood.
This property is house number L22/A malviya nagar, New delhi (110017) where we are living at first and second floor.
Originally this building was constructed and approved from Municipal authority of Delhi with basement +ground+ first +second floor and terrace. Subsequently additional floor has been added in the building called third floor before our purchase of our floors in 2020. In our approved set of building map from MCD approval up to second floor is passed.
Now this additional third floor is already adding additional load to the originally designed building structure. Now Resident of third floor has started construction at fourth floor which will add additional load and the structure's instability increases the risk of collapse, potentially causing severe injury or loss of life. It also sets a dangerous precedent for building safety.
This structure lacks proper engineering oversight and violates safety codes, posing immediate risks to residents and neighboring properties. The construction appears unstable and not compliant with building regulations.
If there will be any issues happen with structure the same shall be held responsible.
We called 112 number today at 12:47 pm, PCR police came to our premises and given assurance nothing will happen and suggested to write MCD for the matter.
Request for Action: I urgently request your intervention to inspect the site, issue a stop-work order, and ensure immediate remedial action to dismantle the unsafe construction. Swift enforcement of building regulations is crucial to mitigate risks and uphold public safety.
Your prompt attention to this urgent matter is greatly appreciated. Immediate action is necessary to safeguard lives and uphold the integrity of our community's safety standards.

I want to post a complaint over illegal use of domestic cylinder to fill small cylinders. Here in Baljeet Nagar, road no.20. The owner of this house “Pushpender Kumar Gupta ” has made a shop outside and illegally purchases LPG domestic cylinders daily and fills small cylinders of 4 kg capacity. There is a man iand other suppliers also supply Indian and bharat gas cylinders to him. There is an open ground, kids school, tuition where small children are always playing studying around there. It’s also very hazardous & dangerous to all neighborhood. he did mistakes 2 times in gas filling. This is to inform you that illegal construction is going on in JJ Colony, Hastsal Road, Near Tikona Park, Uttam Nagar. The construction is not in the proper area, however, they made around 6 shops on the ground floor which is out from the borderline of the actual legal property area due to which traffic is also affected as well as the space of the main road is also covered badly by the builder.

2. This is again informed that the builder who constructed the building is very powerful and no one can face him and going to against him. He always doing wrong construction in the area being a type of slum area no one can raise a voice against him.

3. I requested to you please arrange a visit to the property and check if, it is in their proper manner or not. Being a UPSC aspirant, I lodge a complaint being considered, it my duty to the nation.

In the above land of late Dinesh Das, a promotor started to build a commercial multistoried building (G+3) which seems unauthorized construction and violating the rule of Bally Municipality. I want to bring notice about illegal construction and extension of flats in Mahavir Kiran society Plot no 86 Nerul East Sec 19.
Ground floor flat owners have extended their balcony and used all the society area which is illegal construction.
If NNMC don't take action against these owners then other society flat owners will also follow the same approach to extend their flats.
Please take action against these flat owners.

As above subject this is inform you that an illegal construction is in progress at following location.

This is to bring to your kind notice, mostly terraces are being used b y owners to make temporary floors of sheets to commercilasie and earn money on rent due to many instututins now in this areas for students, this has created utmost
Difficulty for the resident owners around. These floors terrace are not only safe for the residents below but also have created havoc as to over crowdness, water supplies, sewage and safety problems.
Kindly look into an take actions for removal of these temporary illegal floors being built on the terraces by the resident owners of top floors in old rajinder nagar as this is very serious matter for the residents here

That mr. Naveen vohra is constructing the iiird floor (1350 sq. Ft.) illegally without any sanction plan and has carried out construction and has made new rooms and toilets illegally. Also he is carrying out construction on the terrace over and above the iind floor (Half portion= 1350sq. Ft.) of a 30 year old building. Since past 30 years the terrace is absolutely empty with absolutely no permanent structure on it but he is constructing 3rd floor over and above the half portion of the 2nd floor. I request you to immediately take action by demolishing illegal construction and further seal the property so that no construction can take place. Please ensure your urgent attention to this.

Hi,

I want to bring to your notice the illegal construction that is going in pitampura and even how the mcd officers are allowing it. Raised a complaint with mcd office and with their engineers, but no action has been taken till now. Infact they took a bribe from them and allowed the construction to go in full swing. Newly constructed houses with all illegal balconies and coverage against there approved maps are cd-235, cd-240, cd-241, cd-168, cd-245, gd-112. These all are under construction or constructed very recently. Please visit and check all these properties and see how mcd is taking bribe and allowing all these constructions.

Please take an action and don't allow illegal structures in delhi.

I beg to draw your kind attention about a ongoing unauthorised/illegal construction at property n0. Bg-6/359 a, paschim vihar, new delhi (M. C. D, west delhi) which is constructed without any approved sanction plan & it is against the plans of building bye-law.

I dialed 100 police helpline but all in vain. No action has been taken by any police and mcd also after so many complaints. But now onwards the above cited property is constructing in so hasty manner. Sir even so many cracks has been produced in our walls and i think this building will collapse anytime.

I have also intimated my complaint to our counselor but i think no such action would be taken from their side. As the cited property is being constructed continuously without any delay.

I humbly request you to please look into whole matter personally and took every necessary and strict action.
