This is to bring to your d notice that there has been an illegal construction done on the 4th floor of MS Block Hari Nagar. I request you to please stop the construction on immediate basis as it will effect the building. There are 4 Families living in this building and the building is already weak as there is the problem of water clogging in the basement area. I request your immediate intervention on this issue....

Family of c-7/316c are making illegal contruction on there roof top by making 5th floor this has not only crossed the height which is been derived by DDA but also can cause a big problem as these are all old contructed buildings. There are so many Illegal constuctions going on ECR which is supposed to be an Aquifer recharge area. CMDA rule says 0.8 FSI and 40% plot coverage. No one follows this rule here on ECR. when asked CMDA office they say all are illegal contructions and that CMDA doesnt approve them. Then who else is approving them. Local body?? Local body no longer has the power to approve any construction on ECR. Why does the Govt give current and water connection...
