Revered Sir,

We would like to draw your attention towards illegal construction of additional rooms in the parking place in House No. WZ- 283/170, Maddiwali Gali No. 6, Vishnu Garden Extension, New Delhi- 110018. The contractor has built four floors in the front side and four floors in the back side of the plot by partitioning the middle area of the plot. Earlier the whole area of the ground floor measuring about 150 sq. yd. had shown as parking place for motor vehicles of these owners of the built-up floors but later he has violated the MCD rule in connivance with the officials and constructed additional rooms in the back portion of the plot by keeping only 50 sq. yd. area for parking of the motor vehicles of the owners of these floors only in the front side. The question remains to be seen is that how is it possible to keep the eight floors’ vehicles in just 50 sq. yd. or 60 sq. yd. parking area? While MCD rule clearly defines that the four floors are allowed only if the entire ground floor area is kept for parking of the vehicles. Thus, contractor has created nuisance for the other residents. Your interference in the matter is necessary to discourage such type of contractors who are creating public nuisance and Sir, you do not allow additional rooms in the back portion of the plot in the referred house for public interest.

Dear sir, i am sri Nilakamal bhattacharjee resided at 29/a kali krishna tegore road.alambazar,baranagor municipality,kolkata-700035,North side of my house have a passage measuring width 4 foot and length more or less 50 foot,our neighbor Narayan banerjee resided at 29/2 k k tegore road,alambazar,kolkata-700035 have another 4 foot passage which is parallel of my passage.Now he constructed a building without any permission of there senior, on tank area out side the boundary wall of there house and cover the constructions with four foot passage.He thinking of use my 4 foot passage.I raise objection and ask for stop the construction.But he force fully continue it.Then I make a general diary in Baranagor Police station dt31.05.2013and consult with my lawyear.Then make a 144 Crpc case and copy submit to Police station with my deed & land map.Next day my Area ward no.4 ward committee (T M C) ask me for deed and I submit the same.Accused Narayan banerjee have not submit any document to defend me.I need Justice and construct a boundary wall between 4 foot passage as per court order.Till date there have no result.please help me

I Savitri Kashyap W/o Shri Suresh Kashyap, R/o 1/9407-A, Mohan Park, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi -32, here by want to inform you that some builders are doing illegal/unathorised construction in our locality. They are now even encoraching the public road and doing illegal construction on it. Due to this lot of problems is facing by the people passing by that road and often lead to heavy traffic JAM and accidents.

These builders have no sanction plan from MCD even they are not following any rules and norms while making this building. I have already done complaints to Police and MCD but no body has taken any action against him so far. Copy of the complaints and photo of onsite illegal construction (showing road encrochment) is attached with this request.

In view of publich interest, I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter urgently and stop this illegal construction.

Subject : This issue (Deviated Construction) has been happening from March 2012, almost a year. But no action from Mr.Jaykumar (JE), Officer Mugalivakkam, Chennai.
Dear Sir,
Next to my house named Mr.Arumugam is constructing the deviated construction. We informed about this to Mr.Jaykumar (JE),Mugalivakkam officer, almost 10 to 15 times we have visited his office, but no action taken. Atlast we registered a complaint in Corporation of Chennai, through online (Complaint numbers are 482IMJ, 546GUO). After that only Mr.Jaykumar (JE) issued a stop work notice to them, but still they are continuing the work. And we also complained to Mr.Murali (AEE) Officer,Alandur on November 2012 to remove the deviated pillars, he assured to my father (J.Rengan) that he will remove the pillar from basement immediately.

At last on Jan 2013, Corporation removed the pillars, but again in Mar 2013 they are constructing illegal pillars and beam near my compound wall. Mr.JayKumar (JE), Mugalivakkam, he is not doing his duty, rather supporting the builders to encourage to construct.

As a citizen of India, we want proper justice and permanent solution for this issue.

Hello, I am living in private house situated in Dobetta Colony of Nangal T/Ship. It is my duty to inform to higher authorities about the illegal possession of BBMB land by the private house owners in Dobetta Colony. Due to this, we are facing several problems while carrying our vehicles into the house. The majority of people explained the problems to offence creator but to no avail. Please act as early as possible to make our locality neat and clean. Over 500 to 800 sq. mtrs of BBMB land is possessed by these people which should be cleared for the convenience of other people. No one follows this rule here on ECR. when asked CMDA office they say all are illegal contructions and that CMDA doesnt approve them. Then who else is approving them. Local body?? Local body no longer has the power to approve any construction on ECR. Why does the Govt give current and water connection to these illegal constructions?

I would like to bring to the notice of The Municipal Corporation of Mumbai, that the owner of Sharada Kharat group and Companies, has been slowly & steadily expanding his house limits, bringing his residence virtually in the middle of the road, situated at (Ajmat Nagar, Katrak Road in front of the Noori Mosque, Wadala fish Market, Wadala (West), Mumbai - 400031.
His contrution has resulted in blocking an entire lane on the road & encouraged other people to follow the same. He has slowly constructed his house from the footpath on to the main road.He also parks his car in front of his house (on the road). He has opened a couple of shops & leased them on rent whose customers contribute greatly to create traffic on the road. After the construction of Monorail started on the adjacent road, the traffic has since been diverted on the Katrak road (opposite Auxilium convent). We suffer a great deal specially when dropping and picking our children from the School. His Illegal construction causes a great deal of inconvinience to us, the BEST bus drivers & other people in the locality.
Hence I would request to kindly observe a strict action to people like these who construct their residence on the main roads.

I am Jyothi from Old washermenpet, Chennai.

My neighbour's building, which is an unauthroised construction, having 3 floors and 7 side set back balconies. The balconies are abutting our compound wall.

There is no space between their balcony and our compound wall. The building was constructed in 1993. We are experiancing sever nuisance for the past 18 years which includes throwing brandy bottles on our roof, cigrattes, and other solid objects. Apart from these, teasing ladies,spitting, shouting are also happening. Already we gave the complaint to corporation and CMDA. In the CMDA inquiry, it is said that my neighbours didn't submit the plan. Corporation has said that the ordinance issued in 2007 is protecting the unauthorised contruction. Our problem is not the building.We are concerned only about the balconies and the nuisance caused by it. We are mentally harassed by the nuisance created by them. We want to remove that 7 balconies facing at our property. We are not against the building. we just want to remove the balconies.

I am the owner of 2nd floor at 14/1A Tilak Nagar. New owner of the 03rd floor is making an illegal structure on 03rd floor. Since the building already has a basement no construction can be made on 03rd floor as this construction is also illegal.

Respected Sir, Being a responsible citizen it is my duty to bring to your Knowledge that Illegal & Unauthorized Construction is going on the road at 67-A and 67-C Jagriti Appt Pocket A-3, Sec-71, Noida-201301.All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

It is my request that immediate action should be taken against the construction of the building so that in future this kind of activities should not take place and the people should not put themeselves above the law.

I beg your kind attension to the subject matter that Chairman of khardah Municipality have given a written instruction to Propitor of Krishna Appartment to stop their illegal and unauthoise construction beside Chhya Appartment, but ignoring his order / instruction they are still continuing their illegal and unauthorised construction .

Also please be informed that one inspection was held on that spot against our complain but without our presence and the discussion / instruction was not sharred with us formally keeping all o[censored]s in dark.
