Murali Enterprises — delay in supply of cooking gas cylinder

I had mailed a complaint against the above company two days back, i am yet to hear from the indian oil corporation. I trust that my gas cylinder will be delivered with out any more delay through the intervention of the parent company inidan oil corporaion.
It is more than 10 days since i booked my gas. I am yet to receive the same.
I request you to please do the needful to help me receive the same. As my gas is indane gas, i am sure intervention of indian oil will surely speed up the process.
