Hi,
On july 24, 2019 - i received an email from community matrimony (Muslim matrimony) that account has been auto renewed without my consent and payment o[censored]sd 117 deducted from my credit card.
I called customer care the same day to refund my payment as this was done without my consent and cancel auto renewal. They mentioned that refund has been initiated from their end and confirmation email has been sent, however i have not received any such email from them.
Referring online review, i see this is a shady practice done by them towards nris and there are other customers who have also had a bad experience like this. Was this information helpful? |
