Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to bring to your notice that Muslimmatrimonial.com in their site clearly mentions that if a customer is not satisfied, they will get their refund with out any questions asked.

I had asked for a trial pack, but the agent named Sree wanted me to immediately purchase a package if I wanted to use their services. So, I paid Rs. 1994 for a package called 3 months Gold yesterday (10th June 2022), however, I wanted to discontinue and called today ( 11th June 2022) to the customer care where a lady named Preetha answered. On discussion, she stated we do not refund. According to their website they mention that refund will be given if the customer is not satisfied.

This is a complete misinformation they are publishing to sell their products. I request you please take appropriate action and direct Muslimmatrimonial.com to immediately refund as I am misguided by their website.

On March 10, 2021, Muslim matrimony deducted money from my card without my approval . I messaged the 24/7 customer care support. I was told autorenewal was on and I will be refunded in 7-10 Days,
No email was received and I did not get refund till today.
When I asked them again on 16 April. They are saying refund cant be processed. I already used my membership.
How can they take money from credit card without OTP or authorisation.
How they will know the CVV without customers knowledge.

On july 24, 2019 - i received an email from community matrimony (Muslim matrimony) that account has been auto renewed without my consent and payment o[censored]sd 117 deducted from my credit card.

I called customer care the same day to refund my payment as this was done without my consent and cancel auto renewal. They mentioned that refund has been initiated from their end and confirmation email has been sent, however i have not received any such email from them.

Referring online review, i see this is a shady practice done by them towards nris and there are other customers who have also had a bad experience like this.
