Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to bring to your notice that Muslimmatrimonial.com in their site clearly mentions that if a customer is not satisfied, they will get their refund with out any questions asked.

I had asked for a trial pack, but the agent named Sree wanted me to immediately purchase a package if I wanted to use their services. So, I paid Rs. 1994 for a package called 3 months Gold yesterday (10th June 2022), however, I wanted to discontinue and called today ( 11th June 2022) to the customer care where a lady named Preetha answered. On discussion, she stated we do not refund. According to their website they mention that refund will be given if the customer is not satisfied.

This is a complete misinformation they are publishing to sell their products. I request you please take appropriate action and direct Muslimmatrimonial.com to immediately refund as I am misguided by their website.
