Dear Team,
i have not taken any loan from Muthoot finance, but in civil it shows a negative account due to an overdue payment of RS 9. and its impact on my cibil score.

My two wheeler loan no 030710.
Loan applied for amount 65216
dispersed amount 62748

They asked me to make an payment to them say that for 65216 loan
only 60500 will be credited and balance I have to pay.
Then they asked me to pay 4990.
I paid the amount.
Later I came to know that I was cheated.

I couldn't get any clarification from any one

I have done the whole payment now in app it's showing me zero outstanding. I have all the reciepts and acknowledgement from there side. I visited the branch waited for an 2hour no one responding. ALSO NO BRANCH MANAGER IS THERE AND I CAME BACK. I NEED MY GOLD BACK AND M PISSED OFF.

I have taken a new PL from muthoot and closed the old one, first of all they interest rate was 17% and after esign and mandate they changed to 18% and again i did, after deduction of all the fees and deduction of my old PL the amount i got is mismatched the difference amount is 7022, neither i got reply for refund of my insurance amount of my old PL and even i didn't received a welcome kit of my new PL, i asked the team many times they said today they will reply and simply dragging it.

This is regarding the below gold loan, need to raise the query to Muthoot group concern team & RBI team.

It is whole & sole responsibility of the Muthoot team to inform the customer regarding the maturity & renewal of loan.

Due to irresponsibility of Muthoot team, today i got a message of late charges of Rs.7454/- as the loan was closed in the month of Oct'2023

In today's day all the Banker & other financial institute inform their customer regarding Maturity & renewal or other loan details through various communication and make sure customer respond and act accordingly.

But here, Muthoot don't have a proper channel of communication for their customer, it seems they only invest on celebrity to prompt their business.

I need a resolution on this on top priority.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Failure to Clear Suit Filed Flag on my Muthoot Finance Account

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding the handling of my account with Muthoot Finance.
My name is Karlampudi Ramesh Babu, and I hold an account with Muthoot Finance bearing the account number PLVPL000107.

I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint against Muthoot Finance for not clearing the "suit filed" flag from my account,
despite having cleared the pending amount.

I had availed a loan from Muthoot Finance, and there was a legal dispute that led to a "suit filed" flag being attached to my account.
I am pleased to inform you that I have diligently resolved the dispute and have cleared the pending amount
However, despite settling the matter, the "suit filed" flag has not been removed from my account, and this is causing unwarranted inconvenience and affecting my financial credibility.

I have made multiple attempts to communicate with Muthoot Finance's customer service to resolve this matter, but unfortunately,
my efforts have not yielded any positive results. The failure to remove the "suit filed" flag is not only causing personal distress but is also tarnishing my creditworthiness, which has far-reaching implications for my financial well-being.

I kindly request the consumer court in this matter to ensure that Muthoot Finance promptly clears the "suit filed" flag from my account, thereby restoring my financial reputation. I believe that every individual is entitled to fair and transparent treatment by financial institutions, and I trust that the RBI will take the necessary steps to address this concern.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

I had Loan with account number F8313/F3423 . this is still reflecting in experian credit score.
I tried multiple times but did not get proper resolution

I want to raise raise a complaint on muthoot executive in Bangalore whose name is Kiran, he visited my house many times without any notification that he will be visiting house. I have not got any legal email from muthoot finance group. I had provided my new address to change in loan agreement and this person is miss-using my address by visiting house.This is an illegal activities.
No one can come to customer house unless they have legal notice from muthoot that they will be visiting. RBI rule says it's illegal.

Still senior manager Mr Prince kannu are not realising our gold

I am resigned muthoot finance Ltd and my last working day is 1 Dec 2022 but still they are not released my full and final amount and Noc.

I have come to release my gold around 4.30 and they denied to accept the request, they said that it's closing time where's closing time is 5pm but after requesting they accepted the request but they asked to wait half n hour but they kept me waiting for more than one hour, this is very bad experience. Staf should give priority to customers.

I have reached office around 4.30 pm to release my gold but they didn't accept to release after request they agreed and they asked to wait half n hour. I have waited for more that one hour to get my gold. This is not at all a good experience.

My self Punjab Singh from Bathinda. My Customer ID is [protected]. I am ready to pay my full loan amount but Bathinda Bank Bazaar branch is refused to release my gold. When I asked questions. They said our head office refused to release gold. It doesn't make any sense. The behaviour of staff is also very negetive. They don't want to talk when we said we need our gold back. It is never mentioned in terms and conditions that branch can refuse to return our gold. May be they lost our gold or something else like this. It is requested to you that talk to the branch manager and inquired the matter. We are not happy from your service. It is an illegal attempt against us. We never prefer your services in future. We want our gold back. We will go to court if no action will be taken from your side.
