My account already closed but fake remarks showing on my cibil

I have taken gold from Muthoot finance and I want to close the loan …Due to my job timing I visit Muthoot Dapodi Pune branch at 5.00pm 2-3 times but but they keep close at 5pm….on websites closing time it shows 6.00pm but when ever I visit this branch at 5.00pm they say we are closed or system is down and staff here is very arrogant and full of attitude and ignoring.

Muthoot finance has reported incorrect loans to my Cibil report, I have never avail any loan from Muthoot and still its showing that i have taken loans from Muthoot. Below are the loan numbers reported to my accounts.

2498MAL00001662, 2498MAL00001361, 2498MUL00002082, 2498MUL00001934, 2498MOL00000432.

Please remove these accounts from my Cibil report.

UPI payments done through Googlepay. Amount debited but not credited to muthoot. When complaint to Googlepay they said transactions is successful but muthoot says no amount received amount debited 48000. Attached the upi transactions numbers. Both the transactions done on 29/08/2022. Through muthoot online payment system. So please take an action regarding these transactions and my refunds....

All the location : Muthoot finance (Red colour - company kochi based)They speak very kind and do the process While taking low interest gold LOAN after few months they increase the interest no longer available for low rate like that and another big scam every month u need to pay or else the rate of interest will be double not even ONE day biggest scam of India what's RBI doing we don't know legal theft is happening here RBI must take this complaint .
Some people don't know any thg abt interest change they simply pay int. For any kind of BIG and Small gold LOANs they provide with low int after three months they call and speak abt interest increase reason so never go Muthoot what ever u go for Bank side even private Bank also ok govt side best but banking side always safe and less int these ### loot you they never return you jewells bechare full while emergency ple ask your frds and near by and bank visit directly don't fell shy ple.

So never be shy go for govt and private banks ...never go for finance companys, like muthoot (red, blue manapuram all Kerala based ###s)

On dated 18th July I have visited at City Center, Gwalior Branch where I met to shri Abhinav Shukla, Cluster Manager.He refused to give the statement of the Loan Account 02601178. Also when I am asked about complaint book/suggestion book then he abusing me and insolence and said there is no suggestion/complaint book is available in the branch and slo said "Get Out from here".
I ma so afraid from his behaviour and also self esteem hurt from his behaviour.Please look into this matter and take necessary action against shri abhinav shukla, cluster manager, city center branch, gwalior

Hi, my gold loan is fully paid but in cibil its not removed by them

Part amount paid through imuthoot app for Rs.3000 on 8th July"22.. From my account it was debited and and in the muthoot app it still shows as initiated.. when I visit branch to recover my jewel they said amount not credited hence i need to wait 7 days to know the status.. there is no proper response as well.. I have shared my successfull transcation ID for that payment but still they are not accepting it.. who will bare the interest for this 7 days??? The issue is with Imuthoot app and no proper team to resolve the issue.. no one is picking the call in the top management and even customer service.. if there is any issue or concern who will help in muthoot finance?? Really it will be the big question I feel ???

My cibil showing gold loan which is not taken by me on enquiry it was told to me that this gold loan is mistaken attached with your pan card and will remove in some time but it has been long time it still showing against my name and it is impacting my cibil score kindly resolve issue soon as possible and share me the NOC on my mail:- [protected]@gmail.com.

Hi I have done payment of rs 55051 towards Loan account number 2873/MEG/800 . Payment is successful but transaction entry is not there in muthoot app . money is not credited to loan account...

Due to some urgent family issue, I'm in out of station for a long time for serious Medical issues that's why I'm not able to pay the interest money to the company. So I think that's why I can't able to see my loan status.

Iam a regular customer of Muthoot..yesterday when I went to pay interest for my loans..they over charged me and never gave details about the payments. I feel iam cheated and demanded clarity on the charges but no one gave..had sent a mail to them too..
