Hi I have done payment of rs 55051 towards Loan account number 2873/MEG/800 . Payment is successful but transaction entry is not there in muthoot app . money is not credited to loan account...

I got a loan from Muthoot Finance against my gold in 22/10/2020 in Purnia, Bihar
Due to some urgent family issue, I'm in out of station for a long time for serious Medical issues that's why I'm not able to pay the interest money to the company. So I think that's why I can't able to see my loan status.
So I kindly request 🙏you to please resolve my issue...

Iam a regular customer of Muthoot..yesterday when I went to pay interest for my loans..they over charged me and never gave details about the payments. I feel iam cheated and demanded clarity on the charges but no one gave..had sent a mail to them too.....

I have foreclosed the two wheeler loan to muthoot finance. I am asking NOC to transfer the ownership, they are saying we dont know when it will come. And also now they are asking extra money to transfer ownership without NOC.
They are wantedly delaying the NOC and making us to pay extra money to transfer the RC...

My CIBIL is highly impacted as muthoot has wrongly provided late payments status from JULY 2021 to FEB 2022 for loan number 19003280.

All the EMI were deducted on 5th of each month still i used to get calls for EMI not cleared as Muthoot had internal issues where they were not able to fetch EMI details. This impacted for me as they reported it as late payment even if they had issues on their end and they were not able to view...
