Hello i had paid my emi on 8th april 2020 with interest 2903 and payment i done total of 4000rs.
Bt badluck transction was failed i recvd fr muthoot bt my money has been deducted fr my bank account so i tried calling all customer care no. Bt all not reachable so i mail on cc. Muthoot sime mail id also i get reply over tht and also they processd my refund it will reflct in my account in 7 days dey said okkk tht all is ok. I am thankfull for that.
Bt i have one complaint like 8th april rate of interest amount was 2903 and dn i saw it on 9th april it was 3603 and dn today i saw means 10th april the rate of ineterst is 3721 rs i want justification why it is increasing day to day basis and what shud i do in dis case???
I had paid my emi on time it was not my issue so y shud i pay dis interest pls luk into dis and also suggest me how shud i pay emi what is the source to pay emi??? Pls luk dis in high priority bcoz interest rate i dk y its increasing wn i tuk loan i tye ineterst was 3600rs now aftr 1 year i am continuing paymnt of my emi and interest come to 2903 or 2803 smthng and how suddenly dis is spike in interest amount i want clarification n make sure i wl not pay dis interest coz it was not my mistake transaction failed i got from u and interest also u are increasng dis is not fare we are in a middle class family guys itnaa paisa hotaa toh loan bhi nahi lete the hmm and hamaare se koi emi miss bhi nahi hua hai full 12 mnths mei u cn chck the records ye last time ka he bss aapke traf se transction failed hua meine toh time pe he bharaa tha pls luk dis in high priority

I had paid my emi of 4000 from muthoot app.
Amount has been deducted from my account bt i got error msg of transcation failed from muthoot sms msg.
Pls gve my refund .

As i dr nivedita was doing online payment on the ryt time as my renewal date was 7th of march and it was one month now today iam in 99paise interest slab i dud not getting otp yesterday as i tried attemting whole day so i had to pay in the morning i was surprised to see tht the slab had changed for no reason i paix my regular interest of 12282 but my interest is showing overdue please change the slab asap to previous one 99 paise.
Pls reply once done and my waiwe the overdue charges. My acc no : is 111 and branch code 01273 and type mhp at secunderabad in hyderabad state telangana

Iam mrs nivedita has account of gold loan of account no : 111 branch code : 01273 of mhp type in hyderabad telangana state my due date is 7 th of every month so i tried to pay my interest of 12300 yesterday but could not get otp now today again i attempted i could get the otp and so i paid my regular interest of 12282 but to my surprise the interest column is still showing 10000rs balance i think the slab has changed pls reverse my slab to previous 99 paise slab. There is no fault of mine pls reverse the interest to previous slab and regularise the account without overdues. Pls reverse urgently and reply to this mail

Muthoot finance not send me any message or email for my loan interest amount or last date and today isee they charged me penalty about 440 rupees. So pls take some action on these due to in lockdown i have no to much money because my business is not running in lockdown and our honerable cm said please help people so relief all emi for two months. And in between they charged penalty so it's breaking cm order.

My last interest (102/-) paid for my loan number 1182/mws/5792 has been. I attached the screenshot below. But the money (102.48/-) has been deducted from my account. Also i attached the statement of my passbook below. You can check it. Then what can i do now? Please reverse my amount to my original account. Also i called to my nearest branch which is located at baghuihati, kolkata - 700059. But they didn't receive my call single time. I am very unhappy with my branch service. Thanks.

Hi this is madhumita adhikari. My loan number is 3467/mul/6722. I have tried to pay my full interest rs.1670 through muthoot webportal on 26/02/2020.. After some time it says my transaction got failed. But in my account amount is debited. I have asked the branch (Maniktala. Tamluk) and they told amount will be refunded in 7 days. But the amount is not credit into my savings account.

PLCOK002501 wrote email regarding the closure, forwarded my id proof, bank statement states i have maintained sufficient balance for closure the same had been send to the mail id [protected]@muthootgroup.com they were telling a time frame of 15 days for loan closure so that they can get 15 days interest...

I have an existing gold loan with muthoot finance ltd, parmanand colony branch since may, 2016.. Last time renewed on 15/01/2019 at aarah branch (Bihar)
I have paid the entire interest for this gold loan (19400 inr) on 10/02/2020 for 1946 mul 1856
For renewal of this loan when i approached this company in its branch in another city, i denied for renewal of existing loan and i was told rules have changed and can't get it renewed anywhere else except the branch in delhi. Right now it is impossible for me to visit this company's delhi branch as i am away from delhi and cant be there in near future
After several phone calls on 28/02/2020 to the delhi branch, we were told that they will find right solution and will call me on my phone but no call or information was given to us. On nearest working day 02/03/2020 i again approached parmanand colony branch through phone regarding renewal of existing loan, but no proper response.
There was no information was given about changing rules about renewal from other branches can't be done.
And their staffs are rude every where, don't help customers.

This company's web links for online customer support is a complete failure. I tried to submit my grievance several times but it always shows error and bounced back. Any page helpful for customer interest will never open.

Having email account at their portal also is of no help. They don't provide any email id to write a mail to them. And after charging interest at exorbitant rates for loans they hardly care about customer welfare.

And now because of their rigid policy, how is this possible that after taking a loan from them nobody will travel or move to any other place, because they want you to stick to the same place for ever or else they won't cooperate with you. And their customers will always be at loss.

I had taken a bike loan from muthoot finance. I already completed my loan amount and i have no due. And i requested noc to change my rc. But they didnt give me yet. My loan is closed on 2018 january. I went their office many times but they didnt resolved my issue yet. I want to sell my bike.. So i need to change rc address soon.. I am here stucked with their dirty behaviour. Please make necessory action against them. I can sent the loan details and certificates if needed.

My name is sapna chavan i have account in bank of india kalamboli branch done my online transaction through bhim app to muthoot fincorp ltd kalamboli branch on 6/6/2019 my amount got deducted from my account. I have sent my all proof like bank statement bhim transaction screenshot and mail came from bhim app. But muthoot fincorp ltd is saying it has not yet come and not ready to give my amount refund. It is not yet resolved till today so i m raising m6 complaint again

My friend in usa send me usd 1519 to my account in india and i went to take the same from muthot finance gomti nagar ptrkarpuram office. I met the branch head mr a k mishra but he denied to pay the money and did not pay me on the pretext that my friend who sent money is an american citizen and is not my relative. He also misbehaved with me, used derogatory words, asked me to get out otherwise he will through me outside the office. He treated me very badly. As i am a woman i did not argue and left the muthot finance gomti nagar lucknow up india office in disgust.

Kindly look into this matter and make them pay me the money which my friend has already paid in cash in usa.
