Muthoot — Compound interest is too much for me to pay need waiver

Muthoot has been charging me compound interest for the past 2 years and when i requested them to reduce as our financial situation is not good they say tht we cn do tht only if gold loan hasnt been renewed in an years time. I explained to them that my mom on whose name gold loan has been taken wasnt in india and hasnt gone to india from the past 2 years to renew it. When she had sent my sister to renew the gold loan they refused saying its third party so it cnt be renewed so tht they could charge us compound interest.

They are playing games so that customers suffer and pay a heafty amount which is equal to gold when we asked them to reduce they are giving us threats tht they will auction it if we dnt pay and renew.

We had to borrow 150000/- to pay the interest so we asked them to waive off the remaining amount they are nt waiving off and are insisting us to pay that compound interest or else they will auction.

I want strict action to be taken against muthoot finance - Ankleshwar
