I paid 10000 on 03.05.2019 for my existing gold loan through imuthoot mobile application. The amount was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. Il already apply the business loan last Feb month still now we are getting any proper solution from your end .and I have provide the initial amount of 3500rs ...could you please check and revert us on priority for the issue ...if you any delay I'm next taking next level ...Thanks
