Muthoot — Deducting extra amount from emi and not clarifying

1. Chayadevi R has availed the personal loan from Muthoot finance of Rs 2, 02, 948 on 29 oct 2018 with Loan Number PLBLR000516.
2. EMI's of Rs 7439 are paid regularly.
3. I heard from executive that advance EMI can be paid through portal https://plonline.muthootfinance.com/HTML/pl_quickpay.html#
4. I paid an advance amount of Rs 1439 through the portal.
5. The remaining amount of Rs 6000 has to be deducted from account, but Rs 7439 is deducted.
6. i enquired with the executive, but didn't get any proper information.
7. kindly clarify the same and reverse back an amount of Rs 1439 as soon as posible.
