Muthoot Finance — Non remittance of amount to loan account

My name is syed akheel hazari and my gold loan account no. 00526/msl/028549. I had paid rupees 40000/- through imuthoot app. On 10/12/2016. Through my sbi debit card. Amount was debited in my account transaction was success and not credited in my loan account. Please kindly solve my problem as early as possible. I have attached the transaction details

Updated by Syed Akheel Hazari I had mailed the details to cc.[protected]@muthootgroup.com. and called customer care daily 4 times but they are not even trying to solve my problems. Irresponsible fellows.
