The branch manager of MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD - #2267 No.9Old No. 345 9th Cross, J P Nagar 1st Phase, BANGALORE URBAN has been misbehaved me very badly and while i tried to release my gold loan with recipt he refused it as it was pledged on my husbands name. i tried to convince him with full proof and through my husband number, he was not ready to hear him over phone without an authourization letter. i requsted him as i booked ticket to my native i want to start tonight with the pledged gold, he was refusing and using abusive words to me.. kindly request to take necessary action against him... I have applied my father pan card for muthoot pan service on 7 April in 2017 but till date pan card couldn't despatch but when i apply muthoot fellow person told me nearly 30 to 40 days definetly despatch are completed but now 50 days completed pan card dose not despatch so please take action to provide pan card.
