This is for your kind attention that I went to the muthoot finance main branch office shastri nagar for my instalment payment against my loan by card, but they refuse to collect payment by card because they don't have the card machine and then he said to me that I can pay my instalment in other branch which is in JOHRI BAZAR, Jaipur but when I reached there they said they cant take full amount of LOAN but can only accept INTEREST amount, but my issue is that I want to pay full of my loan amount by card instead of cash .
