Muthoot — interest payment but it's not reflected.

I paid 3108.85 on 10.06.2019 for my existing gold loan through imuthoot mobile application. The transaction was successful but not update in my existing loan account. The transaction was made by google pay.in imuthoot mobile app.
Please solve my problem.
