Muthoot — Need SOA and NOC of personal loan

I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 22000/- from muthoot finance in July 2022 and loan has been closed on Apr 2023. All emi auto debited and timely paymented but muthoot mentioned DPD in my cibil after 6 month and does not closed.

Even not given me NOC and SOA of my personal loan. I have visited RO in jaipur on 15 july 2024 and almost 1 month completed but still they don't provided me LOAN CLOSE DOCUMENTS.
