Subject: Complaint regarding NOC

Dear sir

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in receiving my NOC from your company. I had settled and paid the amount six months ago and I am still waiting for my NOC letter.

I have been following up with your customer service team for the past few months but have not received any updates on the status of my NOC. This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience and I would like to request that you expedite the process of issuing my NOC.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my NOC within the next two days. If I do not hear back from you within this time frame, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities.
