Muthoot — not given proper response

On 29/01/2018 i called up to muthoot fin. Office paota jodhpur
Manager attend call and told to me i am not able to solve your problem you called my employ no. They will be handle your problem. After then he cut my call then i again called up and employ was attend the call but he put on hold and talking another person
They are not speak proper and not given the reply
I request to you sir plz told them this type of not speak
