Muthoot — Regarding the mis-behavior and mis-conduct of the b. m. (narela branch) | |||
I Mukesh Gupta R/o H.No.2102/2 Nai Basti Narela Mandi Narela Delhi. Went to the Muthoot Finance on Dated : 27/06/2016 (Time : 11:30 A.M.) My friend sent me some money through Western Union, I asked for the information regarding the Western Union receiving of Money. They do not give me proper information to me. They treat us as their very cheap behavior and like animals. They took preferences to their relative or friends and also give better opportunities to them. They took one hours to give me my money and does not treat me very well through this behavior of staff I am very suffered and harassed. You can check the CCTV Camera Footage also. When I went to the Branch Manager, he does not take action towards them, and also participate with them and says that what you want you do I does not worry with this type of complain. After that I ask for the feed book or complain book, he has same reply I don’t have. After forcing him, then they give me complain book and says do it whatever you want. At last, I say from this type of the behavior, Muthoot Finance getting huge losses from the Narela Branch. Please take action towards them.
