Muthoot — regards customer behaviour

Today i went to muthoot office in veliyancode i reached at 4:50 then they said i can't collect the cash from western union becz time over. Still 10 min r there for 5 then they said they have the instructions from muthoot that till 4:45 only service. When i told them it's an emergency then also they can't do anything it seems. I felt worst customer service in veliyancode. So kindly request you to take necessary action against the muthoot veliyancode (679579) ponnani malappuram
