Dear concern,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is shaik yusuf, and i am writing to bring to your attention a distressing experience i encountered at your muthoot fincorp branch located in kothapet, guntur (Branch code: f3825) on 07/04/2024.
On the aforementioned date, i visited the branch to retrieve my gold under the blue super value gold loan scheme, loan no: 38250848.
One executive/computer operator told me to give the receipt which was given to me on the day of loan, unfortunetly i forgot the receipt at home, he (Executive) telling me very gently that you need to pay 75/- extra charge if you have no receipt, i am asking for any alternatives like soft copy on watsapp/xerox etc, suddenly one lady started in a huge voice that if you dont have receipt, go and bring, we have our rules. I said why you are raising your voice too loud, this executive giving answer and i am getting information for future transactions also.
She again with loud voice, i am manager here, my voice is like that, if you have receipt then show or get out. I am with simly face, madam, ur employ is giving very gentle replies, but being branch head, inspite of more humble, ur showting, why your interfering in our discussion (Between me and executive), but she is not stopping her loud voice.
She scolded employ too to go to other cabin and do some other duty and she sat in his chair and said-now tell me what you want (Rudely & comic way) furthur i asked is working day tomorrow, she said tomorrow is sunday, i said yes mam, i do know it, i am asking is working or not. She started in loud again that dont you have sense that sunday is holiday.
As far as my knowledge there are many institutions runs on sundays, again she started that for customers like you, special branches need to open for sundays also,
I must express my profound disappointment with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the branch manager during this interaction. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your esteemed institution but also undermines the trust and confidence of customers like myself.
Regrettably, as a result of this unfortunate incident, i have made the decision to stop my relationship with muthoot fincorp. I will be finding a good institution where customers get bare minimum respect, or at least polite answer. Which is basic right being a customer.
I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that incidents of this nature are not repeated in the future. As a loyal customer who has had positive experiences with muthoot fincorp in the past, i sincerely hope that corrective measures will be implemented to uphold the values of professionalism and customer-centricity that your organization prides itself on.
