Muthoot — Transaction is failed but money is debited from account.

I use axis bank debit card. today i used muthoot finance ltd. atm for money transaction. but unfortunately transaction wasn't done but money was debited from account. i used muthoot finance ltd. atm in ramesh nagar in delhi which atm id. no. is mawn0013.

Timing - 20:45, date - 14/07/2016. amt. 500 rs

I hope grievance will be redressed on time.
