Muthoot — web payment failed

Yesterday, i have paid rs: 20839.88 through muthoot webpayment, however the payment was not credited into my loan account. But amount deducted from my account. I have been trying to call to the customer care but not able to reach. I need that amount to be credited back to my account. If that is not happening with in two days, i am going to take legal action against muthoot.
