Muthoot — When Its Urgent they Wont Give Money Instead of that they Give Cheque

It has been Jan 2016 and still Muthooth Says they don't have cash to give
what if we got some emergency and then they hand over cheque ?
As per the manager talk with me it will take more 2-3 Months to get this issue resolve.
What is the reason behind this ? Demonitization ? If yes, then this should be looked by officials. Why Decent and poor people should get this kind of problem. PLEASE ISSUE CASH INSTEAD OF GIVING CHEQUE WHICH TAKE ANOTHER 2-3 DAYS FOR CLERANCE.

Updated by Rajkiran Randhawa Even I[censored] want to Receive Money Via Western Union or Money Gram then also they will ISSUE A CHEQUE. And Muthoot Doesn't have cartridge in there Printers.I get print which is hardly visible anything. THIS PRINTER ISSUE IS FROM LAST 1 MONTH. AFTER Speaking to Branch Manager about printer issue then also it is not yet looked.
TO Whom we should reach now ????

I went to muthoot finance narsampet branch I need 8000 money for my health purpose I providing the gold chain but they are saying cash not there then why the branch located here take action solve issue
