MVL Palms — Cheated by builder | |||||
We had booked a flat with MVL in the project MVL Palms on Alwar Byepass roadm Bhiwadi, Rajasthan in 2012. They have taken approx 6 lakhs from us till date in the name of various stages of projects like Excavation, Land filling etc, but when we visited the site, it is still a barren piece of land. Nothing has been done there yet. We need your support to get our money back. The unit that was assigned to us is MVL Palms, T-7, 603, Bhiwadi. When we booked the flat, at that time, they showed us the Construction linked plan which promised to deliver the flat by 2015. But now when we contacted us they are taking the support of BBA which was executed in 2014, wherein to their convenience they have put the clause that the Project will be delivered after 4 years from BBA + 1 yr margin. We are really fed up. When we ask them to return our money back, they say you will not give your money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have bought a unit of 1 BHK and have paid INR 2.63 lacs and 20% downpayment or booking amount. The Builder Buyer Agreement is also done and the unit is to be delivered by end of 2018. But it seema that they are fooling people and nothing has come up yet.
