I have raised minimum 5 tickets so far, all get close without any update and I get the reply that the team is looking into it.
I am an international traveler so I am not able to call and get a response, I am just raising tickets and sending emails, but it has been a month I am frustrated about my own 5084 rupees which has been missing from the Airtel team which never reached to the merchant and my ticket also got failed and I had to pay more for my flight
if I don't get the resolution I will put my complaint to RBI, tweet and social media now, it been enough waiting to provide answer, Please try to help on it ASAP.
even I gave an alternate number as well to talk and resolve this issue, but I never got a callback.
I call the nodal officer's number and spoke to supervisor Deep Gupta as well, they didn't even try to verify my number just asked me 10 times to drop an email, and will get a resolution but its too frustrating.
My Airtel number is [protected], and my name is Neha Sood, I tried to pay 5084rs to yatra.com on June 27th which was a failed transaction, it never reached the merchant which caused my failed ticket but then I never received that money back as well in my account or in airtel wallet, it got debited from my account and then it's not available in the wallet as well,
please reverse that amount to my bank account.
I tried calling customer service the agent raised ticket 38510211 but I never got a response or solution then I raised tickets multiple tickets but no solution yet.
Please help with it.
