My Airtel Payment Bank Complaints & Reviews

Hello Team,

I have raised minimum 5 tickets so far, all get close without any update and I get the reply that the team is looking into it.
I am an international traveler so I am not able to call and get a response, I am just raising tickets and sending emails, but it has been a month I am frustrated about my own 5084 rupees which has been missing from the Airtel team which never reached to the merchant and my ticket...

Money has been deducted from my bank account and transferred to airtel payments bank but recharge is not done.it is showing transaction cold not be processed...My money has been blocked in this app . I am unable to use it and even unable to transfer it...

I have add amount 500 and balance is deduct my sbi buddy account .but balance are not show in my airtel money. My payment bank number is [protected].
I have been making a transection of500 in my Airtel payment account ([protected]), but amount is not credited to my Airtel payment account no.
Showing transaction failed!!
