Complaint marked as Resolved I ordered a cake (order ID - 100319268) on myflower app on 07.01.2023. I paid a total of 1394 ₹ including extra payment of 250 ₹ for delivery at midnight on that day. At the time of delivery they called and said they can't deliver today but they can do it tomorrow. As I needed it today, I cancelled the order and requested to refund the amount, then they said that the refund will only be given to their wallet.Then they agreed to deliver the cake on the next day (08.01.2023) morning and cut the call. But till now the cake has not been delivered and the cash refund has not been done. Even though I tried to contact them, they are not picking up the call. Please take immediate action against them who wasted my valuable time and money.
