I have ordered a gift, its been now 2 months. order not delivered and i am seeking for refund so the company is doing investigation since 2 months whether to process my refund or not.
its fraud company, do not order anything from this.

I ordered things worth 1150, they cancelled the orders themselves and not yet refunded the amount and their customer service is the worst

After ordering and paying, I was told that delivery was not possible that day as there was some issue with their office in Karnal. When I asked them for a refund they agreed, meanwhile we have still not recived a refund. All the email addresses on their website are false domains and their phone number/customer care numbers were unreachable. We seek an immediate refund of our money payed (Inr 1099).

I have a paid 1198 for delivering 1 kg cake through order no:[protected] payment through gpay). None of their contact details are reachable. There should be some stringent action against these fraudulent agencies.

I ordered cake and deddy worth of 1100 rs, they havenot deliver and reply through mail and phone call. Theyhave not refund also. They are cheaters, so becarefull guys.

I had ordered a cake for my son and requested for a same day delivery and paid extra for the same. However upon placing order i got a call from an agent from Flowerapp claiming they cannot make the delivery. Instead of making a full refund these frauds had given a coupon code which could be used for the next order. The total value of purchase was INR. 2000+. Despite repeated emails asking for a full refund instead of coupon they never bothered to reply. I even sent a mail claiming I will file a complaint with consumer court but there is no response from them, Finally I ordered something else yesterday with the existing coupon code. Again the same story repeats. A stupid agent calls and tells that they wont be able to deliver and will give a coupon. I refused it and asked for a full refund or the product. One of the worst services ever. Cheating at its peak.

It is hereby requested that i had ordered on with order id[protected] of an amount Rs. 798 at 20 may 2023 at 11.01 P.M whose expected delivery was 21 may 10.00 A.M. But due some branch issue my order got cancelled as told by flower app agent. After that when I asked them for refund they ist told me to send your account details on email. Later on when I asked them they denied for refunding. I called them so many time but they didn't responded and blocked my number so please help and in getting my money back.

I ordered a cake o in my flower app on April but they cancelled my order and refund only on their app vallet insisted me to purchase again they cannot refund by money so I ordered again a different product but still not delivered I have sent mails regarding this they didn't delivered product and refund my money.

I even mailed the company but in return no response was generated. I called on the given number which is constantly saying the number you’re calling is busy kindly help me with issue and do the needful .

The agency cancelled my order and did not refund, it's more than a week now. Horrible customer service, they didn't even talked properly.

I had ordered some flowers. They called me and told that they cannot deliver the flowers. I asked them to refund the amount and they told it will take 5-7 days for the refund. It has one month and they have not refunded the amount. They are neither replying back to the email nor picking up the call. Companies like this should be closed and strict actions should be taken by government against them.

I have ordered on 14th Feb on valentine's but its been two months still its haven't delivered.

We asked them deliver flower on a special occasion. They didn't deliver and when I asked for refund they refused to refund, also they blocked my email. Due to these kind of websites, People have lost trust on other websites eve though they are genuine. There should be strong legal action to be taken against this company.
